General shipping Information:

Shipping tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure you have entered your address correctly and includes all required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. God Fitness Health LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information at the time of purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

God Fitness Health LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. However, will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Processing Time:

Order processing time may take 2-7 business days excluding (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Shipping Rates and Time:

US Standard Shipping: $5.00 Delivery time: 3-7 business days

US Expedited Shipping: $10.00 Delivery time: 4 business days

US Express Shipping: $15.00 Delivery time:1-2 business days

Canada Standard Shipping: $7.00 Delivery time: 5-7 business days

International Standard Shipping: $15.00 Delivery time: 5-15 business

For US Domestic and International orders, USPS or UPS will be used to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected to meet shipping requirements.
